Every product is made to order. Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
If you wish to exchange a product, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to submit an exchange request. Once approved, please send the product back to our studio.
Exchange Address:
The exchange package must have your full name and order ID securely pasted on it. The exchange address is mentioned on the courier package.
Important Notes:

We do not arrange return pickups. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will cover only the product amount (excluding shipping charges, if any).

For exchanges, a unique code will be provided for the value of the returned product (excluding shipping).

The return/exchange process may take up to 15 working days upon receiving your order at our studio.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item. (Refunds apply only to prepaid/online payments made on our website.)

Products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Used or damaged products will not be eligible for return/exchange.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
